working for Messrs Harry Davies & Co Ltd, Colliery Agents of Burrions
Chambers, Swansea. His wife Lily May (34) undertook household
duties, and their only child, Lyndon (3), was living at home.
Also
present in the household were William Rosser (68), Lily’s widowed
father, a retired police constable formerly employed as an inspector
at Swansea Public Market; Herbert Rosser (26), Lily’s brother,
employed as a postman with the General Post Office, Swansea; and Herbert’s
wife Jessie (24), who undertook household duties.
