The Commonwealth War Graves Commission may occasionally encounter inaccuracies within their records. This is exemplified in the record for Lieutenant Arthur Dennis Johnson, who served with the Royal Field Artillery and passed away on the 16th of October, 1917, at the age of 33. The record indicates that Arthur was the only son of Clara Agnes Johnson, of 25 Skelly Road, Swansea, and the late Arthur William Johnson.  Arthur was buried at Oystermouth Cemetery.

Arthur who was born in 1885, was the son of Arthur William Johnson and Clara Agnes Solomon.  They were married at St. James church, on 30th November 1882.
