Her parents, John Davies, 43, was a Tailor. He was born in Fishguard, so there is connections with Fishguard.
Mother Maria D. Davies, 38 and she came from Blainffos,
Pembrokeshire.
Siblings were David S., 13; John E., 11; Martha M., 9;
Hannah O., 7 and Elizabeth C., 5.

They were living at the time of the census, 4 Burkington
House, The Street, Boxmore Terrace, Southchurch Road, Southend on Sea, Essex.
William, 30, was a Restauranteur/Shop Keeper
Lydia, 25, Assistant in the Business
They had two children, Mara, 2 and Eric Gronwy, 1.
Also present at the property was a sister-in-law, Hannah
Olven Davies, 17, who also Assistant in the Business.
Nadjesska Colgan, 19, Nursemaid Companion Domestic, from
Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Also, brother-in-law John Ewart Davies, 20, who was a Excise
Officer.
