Aeron Stock
Aeron was born in 1885, and was the son of Aeron Stock and
Sarah Owens, who were married in 1882.
At the time of the 1891 Census, the Stock family were living
at 60 Baptist Wells Street.

Aeron, 27, was a General Labourer, whilst Sarah was also 27
years old. Their two children were
Aeron, 6, and 2-year-old Edith.
The family had grown by the time of the 1901 Census, and
they were living at 4 Graig Place.

Aaron, 37, was a Ships Coal Trimmer; whilst Sarah was 36
years old. Their children were
Aaron, 16, was a Coal Tripper; Edith, 12; David John, 9 and
7-year-old Ernest George.
A decade later at the time of the 1911 Census, the family
had moved next door to no.3

Aaron, 48, was a Coal Trimmer and Sarah was 47 years. Their children were
Aaron, 26, who was also a Coal Trimmer; Edith May, 22, who
was a Tailoress; David John, 19, who was a Labourer and 18-year-old Ernest
George who was an Assistant Publisher.
Aaron and Ernest moved with their parents to 22 Graig
Terrace by the time of the 1921 Census.

Aaron, 59, who was a Coal Trimmer, employed by Swansea
Chamber of Commerce and Sarah was 58 years.
Also employed by Swansea Chamber of Commerce as a Coal Trimmer
was Aaron, 26, Ernest G., 28, was a Coal Tiffer, employed by Messer Powerland
& Mason Contractor.
Later in the year, October, Aaron married Margaret Jane Rent
at St. John-juxta-Swansea.

At the time of the 1939 Register, the couple were living at
30 Graig Terrace. Aaron’s occupation is
recorded as Coal Trimmer Heavy Trimmer.

Aaron is buried at St. Peters church, Cockett.
