Private Daniel Charles Owens, served with the Hampshire Regiment, 5^th Battalion. Died on the 9^th September of 1943, aged 25 years.

Daniel is buried at Salerno War Cemetery, Italy.

Daniel was the son of Thomas and Florence Owens, and the husband of Mary Violet Bebell.  Daniel and Violet were married in 1941.
